Hostel Downtown Prague


Hostel Downtown is the first hostel in the Central and Eastern Europe that was awarded a "HI Quality" certificate from Hostelling International. We are very happy and proud!

The hostel offers quality and inexpensive accommodation in newly refurbished beautiful building.

The hostel is open all year 24 hours a day. Accommodation is available in apartments/rooms with shower or in shared rooms (dormitories). The reception desk is open 24 hours. Friendly English speaking staff will be happy to help you with all your requests.

We announce to all backpackers that they can join our Facebook group. Its name is Hostel Downtown.

It is located in the historical Prague centre, about 2 minute walk to the Wenceslas Square, 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square and 100m to the underground station “Narodni Trida” line B.

Room types

Rooms at hostel are quiet and all possible types. From double rooms with privacy to nine bed dorms with fine community. We offer cheap accommodation from 315 CZK per night.
